Regarding the Acceptance of Letters and Gifts

Until now, we have not set strict restrictions regarding gifts.
However, due to changes in operational arrangements, we will no longer be able to accept items other than letters from this point onward.

We truly understand the thoughts and care behind each gift.
From now on, we would be deeply thankful if those feelings could be sent to us not as objects, but as words within a letter.
Your messages and words have a power that stays with us just as strongly as any gift ever could.

For special occasions or events where gifts can be accepted, we will make sure to announce it in advance.
